…we moved recently.  Thank you to the ever talented and slightly demented David who managed the domain move, etc, so that I didn’t have to.  My website skills could make a cat laugh but Dave is all-pro – literally.

While I haven’t posted in a while, I expect that to start changing in the next while for a variety of reasons.  With the Easter season almost over, I only have one more floral holiday to endure until Christmas – which means I’ll have more time to focus on redactions and adaptions.  Add to that the re-opening of a major bulk store in town and having found an alt source for some more obscure ingredients and I’m almost ready to brave old family standard recipes.

One of the first things I want to tackle is… well, goldfish crackers.  One of the hardest things with the food choices I’ve had to make is the ability to keep neat and easy snack options for work when things are hectic and lunch isn’t an option.  I never thought I’d say this but it’s surprising how fast you can get tired of nuts and dried fruit.  Tonight I was able to source a gluten free all-purpose ”flour” so tomorrow night, I’m going to try making my own goldfish crackers.
